Supporting bexio
I’m happy to announce that from March on I’ll work with the talented team of the Berlin division of bexio.
This will contribute to the financing of micro / Meetling, on which I’ll work with a reduced capacity of 30% during this engagement (for expectedly four months).

micro development log - Week 6
Continued implementing internationalization support for Meetling. Again worked on further financing.
-
micro development log - Week 5
Narrowed down the internationalization toolchain to Tornado’s built-in i18n, i18next and Transifex and started localizing Meetling for English and German. Also, this was yet another week to work on financing.

micro development log - Week 4
Started with the internationalization of Meetling, mainly evaluating libraries and tooling. Made noyainrain.github.io pages shareable and added a news feed. Revisited the patch to relax the required Ruby version of Helpy, the software behind meetling.org Feedback. Also continued to work on further financing.

micro development log - Week 1
micro is a concept for applications I like to call social micro web apps, meaning easy-to-use collaborative web applications that solve a specific problem, do one thing and do it well. micro is also a micro framework to implement such apps (currently part of the Meetling source code).
In 2016, I’ve been working casually on the first implementation of this concept, Meetling, a web app for preparing meetings together. For 2017, I have arranged the time and necessary resources to focus my work on Meetling development and building further micro apps. \o/
Every week, from today on, I’ll post a short report on the development progress. This is mostly to help me review the development process, but also for anyone who is interested in the progress of Meetling and future micro apps.
Let’s wrap up with the first report: This week, I started to build noyainrain.github.io, the website featuring this post. Additionally, I worked on further financing of the project.
